Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the COVID-19 Virus. These are uncertain times for the entire world, but we have HOPE that “This too shall pass”. We also want to thank all First Responders, Nurses, Doctors, Fire Personnels, Police Officers, Military Personnel, all of the many brave people who are dealing this this terrible virus on the front lines, working to provide us with our daily needs all while caring, for their own families. You are all truly the finest people in the world.
Update 4-22-2020: The HUGE surge in sales of most of our candles, spell works, 4 Thieves Vinegar, Ritual supplies and Hot Sauces which left us out of stock of many of these items. We are doing what we can to get this expedited.
During the past week, we have encountered a HUGE surge in sales of bottles, sprayers, and pumps. This surge is coming from first responders and the medical establishment, as they are fighting this Corona Virus first-hand. We are doing everything we can to be able to remain stocked in these items, but we anticipate that we may run out of some of these products prior to our next delivery.
We are taking PRO-ACTIVE, we have always been 2 Witches serving our community but now its us handling this huge influx so please bear with us. CharmedByStarr’s website is open for business, and orders are being packed and shipped on time.
*If you are a business in one of the states that are on lockdown, and will not be able to be at your business when your order arrives from CharmedByStarr, please make sure that your shipping address is your residential address instead of your business address so that packages are not returned to CharmedByStarr. Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel orders. Returned orders will incur restocking fees of 20% and the customer will be responsible for all taxes we incurred, shipping fees, and return fees that we had to pay. Please understand this policy when ordering from CharmedByStarr.
*We will try our level best to handle your calls and orders in as timely a manner as possible. We have opened our phones back up, and anticipate a high call volume. We do ask that you place orders online instead of calling in your orders.
We are considering removing the option of expedited shipping for the short run. For 20+ years CharmedByStarr has been able to ship all orders we receive the same business day. Due to our not having the means to hire people, we will not be able to guarantee that all orders received will be shipped the same day.
*All shipments are being sent out via USPS IT IS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE MEANS OF SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS SO PLEASE DO SUPPORT THEM.
*At this moment, orders if in stock at time of order are being fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.
*We intend to follow the directions of the NYC Governors instructions as they are announced.

We understand the growing concerns surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19). We want you to know that the safety of our customers as well as our safety is our number one priority.
We have always focused on cleanliness in our store and warehouse. On top of our daily cleaning procedures, we are now implementing a more rigorous cleaning routine which focuses on cleaning and sanitizing commonly touched surfaces, door handles, and workstations. Employees have been advised to frequently wash their hands, prevent from touching their faces, and to implement proper social distancing. At the present moment, we at CharmedByStarr are healthy, and it is our goal to keep it that way.
THE NYC DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & GOVERNOR’S OFFICE SUGGESTS THE FOLLOWING:
- Stay home when you are sick
- STAY AT HOME PERIOD IF YOU CAN
- Avoid contact with people who are sick
- Get adequate sleep and eat well-balanced meals
- Wash hands often with water and soap (20 seconds or longer)
- Dry hands with a clean towel or air dry your hands
- Cover your mouth with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth with unwashed hands or after touching surfaces
- Clean and disinfect “High-Touch” surfaces often
- Call before visiting your doctor
- Practice good hygiene habits
- Avoid Social Gatherings
- Practice Social Distancing of 6 feet from other people
We are following closely to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), the World Health Organization and other public health agencies for the best course of action moving forward. We have friends who have passed due to Covid 19, some worked in the hospitals Board of Health, and they have passed on knowledge that will be utilized to the full extent to keep all ourselves and customers safe during these uncertain times.
We have been in contact with our manufacturers and suppliers so that we are able to limit any potential supply-chain disruptions. Thus far, we have encountered some supply problems, with those orders we will inform you of any delays or when it can be fulfilled, all other orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner.
We want to thank you for your support and patronage. PLEASE STAY SAFE AND WELL. We will all get through this TOGETHER. Please know that all of our customers and staff are in our daily prayers, healing and protection spells. Hopefully, this virus will be something that comes to pass soon.
